Rob has expertise in financial management, economic development, business process creation and improvement and is a successful entrepreneur. He has many satisfied clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to co-founding DRG Metrix, Rob founded and built MetrixIQ from a one-person consultancy to a national leader in the early childhood education program space.
Rob’s diverse background includes leadership roles with Policy Studies Inc., Trimble Navigation and Hewlett-Packard, where he worked on the divestiture and subsequent IPO of Agilent Technologies.
Rob received his bachelor degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He most recently served on the Board of Directors of Pinnacol Assurance and is currently on the steering committee for the Friends of Clyfford Still Museum. He lives in Denver with his wife and sons.
Robb has 20 years of experience as a retail consultant and commercial real estate professional. In 2008, he founded The Denver Retail Group to advise private equity, real estate investment trusts, and national retail brands on retail acquisitions, leasing, and customer engagement. DRG now has international reach, influencing retail in the U.S. and the U.A.E. DRG’s primary focus is on the real estate, airport and technology industries.
Robb currently lives in Denver, Colorado. He holds a BA in Spanish with concentrations in French and Economics from Bates College. He has also completed executive course work at the Harvard School of Design. He currently mentors young adults, donates time to non-profits, and cherishes time with his family.

Matt has extensive real time and high volume database experience. Matt has spent the last 20 years of his career architecting and developing scalable, extensible systems that have been successfully implemented in large scale by the government organizations like the U.S. Census Bureau, private companies like Equifax Marketing Services, and non-profit organizations like the American Cancer Society, as well as hundreds of YMCAs across the United States.
For the last 12 years, Matt has been running his own company, Technical Reality, the primary focus of which has been helping organizations develop their technology strategy and then providing them with software development, day-to-day implementation and support in the fulfillment of their key initiatives.
His experience has given him an understanding of what enterprise solutions require with the ability to build them on a small-business budget and with a tightly focused team. Matt has structured OWLe's technology for maximum flexibility and minimum constraint. Matt is an entrepreneurial, results-oriented problem solver. There is a creative and pragmatic solution to most of the business problems out there and Matt enjoys figuring them out, implementing them, and watching them run successfully.
Mallory moved to the Denver area from Omaha, Nebraska in 2015. Since her graduation from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (Go Big Red!) in 2013, she has been establishing a well-rounded knowledge of business operations through her work for companies of various types and sizes. Leadership experience within corporations, family businesses and small businesses inspires Mallory to apply her developed organizational and people skills to the world of applications.
Mallory is passionate about working directly with people. In her spare time, she enjoys planning her next travel destinations, practicing her photography and exploring her new home in Denver.
